If your product is ready in stock, we dispatch it within 1 business day (excluding Sundays, public holidays, or rare unforeseen circumstances).
For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow the full processing time to ensure perfection in every detail.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, your order is typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier's efficiency.

🚫 Return & Exchange Policy and REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or exchanges as each product is handcrafted or prepared especially for you. Kindly read product details carefully before placing your order. If the product is broken it is mandatory to share images and video. In that case the refund will be initiated within a week and amount will be submit back to given customer and he will be informed.
